Description

Hike the White Mountains of New Hampshire with Boston's only full-service guide company, Guineafowl Adventure Company. One incredible way to experience hiking in the White Mountains is to summit any (or all) of New Hampshire's 48 4,000' peaks. Not sure where to start, or don't want to go it alone? Guineafowl Adventure Company is kicking off its 4,000-footers club and wants you to join. Every last Saturday of each month, hike a different 4,000-footer, and some trips will bag a few in a single day. If you're just starting your peak-bagging journey, come do them all with us. If you're well on your way and only have certain peaks left on your list, just sign up for the ones you need. As with all Guineafowl Adventure Company trips, receive round trip transportation, backpacks, water, snacks, safety equipment (including traction for the winter months), and friendly, experienced guides. For this special club, receive a commemorative 4,000-footers journal to keep track of all your summits. The first hike for the 4,000-footers club will be to Mount Moosilauke in Benton, NH. Start at the Dartmouth Ravine Lodge and take the Gorge Brook Trail to summit the 4,802' tall peak, and loop around the Carriage Path to summit neighboring South Peak before heading back down to the Lodge to close the loop. Guineafowl picks up it's Boston-area clients at North Station in Boston and makes a suburban stop for clients north of the city at the Dascomb Road Park and Ride Lot off of I-93 in Andover, MA. Pick up time is 6:30 AM at North Station, and roughly 30 minutes later in Andover. Length of our day will vary based on conditions and the pace of the group, but we are generally back to Boston around 4:30 PM.
